Toucan is a specialist employment charity that aims to reduce the social exclusion of people with learning difficulties by aiding them to find and retain employment. Since our inception in 1989 we have worked with hundreds of individuals and employers to promote the inclusion of disability in the workplace. The service we provide offers support in the workplace, which is tailored to meet the needs of the job-seeker and the employer. It is known as supported employment.

Toucan has supported well over 300 people with learning difficulties into paid employment.
